Film opens showing General Dwight D. Eisenhower speaking into a microphone, in France during World War 2 around time of liberation of Paris. Next, he is seen photographing a knocked out German StuG III tank destroyer and inspecting an overturned Tiger tank. Closeup of him examining the overturned tank. Next Eisenhower is seen in the back seat of a staff car, parked beside a large dwelling.
