(It arrived on July 31, 1945, after being flown to Wright Field from Europe, by U.S. Air Forces Colonel Harold E. Watson and co-pilot Captain Fred McIntosh,who were delivering it to Air Technical Intelligence Headquarters.) The crew of the JU-290 (named "Alles Kaputt") pose in front of it. Colonel Watson, is seen holding a Dachshund dog. The JU-290 takes off on a demonstration flight. A new U.S. P-80 "Shooting Star" jet airplane (serial number 44-84995) is rolled out for all to see. Colonel Ruprecht talks about German view about this exercise. He says that it should be seen totally in military view. Journalists ask about the effectiveness of this exercise in limited terrain and simulated situation. Generals respond and say that this exercise is worthy enough. McCain, Jr., Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Naval Forces, Europe (CINCUSNAVEUR) is seen with U.S. Navy Vice Admiral William I. Martin, Commander,U.S. Navy Sixth Fleet, and U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Edward C. Outlaw, Commander Fleet Air Mediterranean ( COMFLTAIRMED). They are conversing on the bridge of the USS Independence (CVA-62) in the Mediterranean Sea. Outlaw smokes a pipe. McCain is holding a cigar. Martin's back is to the camera early in the sequence. McCain and Martin are doing most of the talking as Outlaw listens. At TC:01:13, camera turns toward Admiral Martin, who soon puffs on a cigar he had been holding. Sequence ends with closeups of Admiral McCain speaking.

Roosevelt states that the United States is determined to aid Britain through the Lend Lease program. He states that the United States will be in constant danger if the Axis powers win the war. The U.S. must supply England and Europe with arms. “We must be the great arsenal of democracy… I believe that the Axis powers are not going to win this war. I base that belief on the latest and best of information.” President Roosevelt said.
