Film showing higlights of King Albert's reign during World War I and immediately thereafter.

Opening slate states "Entire World Shocked by King Albert's death in fall from mountain." (He died February 17, 1934.) Ensuing film highlights scenes from his leadership of Belgium in World War 1. He is seen reviewing troops in formation with fixed bayonets on their rifles. Then he salutes as they march in review. The next scene shows Belgian troops in formation at the railway station in Adinkerque, Belgium. They are presenting arms and saluting as President Wilson has arrived by train to visit King Albert. Next, Wilson and the king are seen walking along the train platform, as Mrs. Wilson and others follow them. (The date is June 18, 1919. President Wilson was taking a break during the Paris Peace Conference.) The Wilsons are next seen at garden party under tents, socializing with members of the Belgian Royal party. The remainder of the film shows various scenes involving King Albert and his family in public appearances, some apparently hosting foreign officials.

U.S. Army Cavalry moving across desert terrain in Mexico, during the Punitive Expedition against Pancho Villa. They proceed single file down a hill followed by pack horses carrying supplies. Closeup of the (only) Jeffery Armored Car Number One. (Built for evaluation, in 1916. It is armed with four .30 cal Benet-Mercie machine rifles and had two fully revolving turrets.) Here it is deployed in the Mexican desert. View of it coming along a dirt road, down a hill. Next, armed cavalrymen are seen running to their horses, mounting up and riding in loose formation. They are then seen in formations making a cavalry charge. A wagon train of covered wagons carries supplies across a bridge. Several views of such supplies in wagon trains raising dust as they proceed along dirt roads.

US Army Air Force training film on the A-N Gun Camera - Scoring of Gun Sight Aiming Point Film. Army Air Forces AT-6 aircraft towing a target sleeve as other AT-6s shoot at it. AT-6 training aircraft in flight with gun camera installed in the aircraft. Pilot seen in cockpit. The aircraft, parked on ramp. Pilot climbs out of cockpit, wearing seatpack parachute. An armorer removes the film magazine and then completes a scoring data form. The film is taken to a laboratory to be developed and scored. A Lieutenant explains gun camera scoring to a group of Air Force personnel, in an auditorium. He winds the film on a 100 foot reel, removing any damaged or unused film and splicing a leader on to it. He writes pilot and mission information on the film leader. Lecturer then illustrates scoring process, using a blackboard, and demonstrating with a scoring device adapted from a 16mm motion picture projector. Finally he displays charts dealing with trajectories of 30 caliber ammunition and relationships of range, span of target, and image size. He performs arithmetic calculations on the blackboard. Animated diagrams illustrate points being discussed. A Lieutenant in the audience asks about ground targets, and the instructor discusses that and also responds to several other questions from the audience. (World War 2 period.)
