Men charge the regenerator with chemicals to absorb carbon dioxide from exhaling, places regenerator back to the Oxygen Breathing Apparatus. Man disinfects Oxygen Breathing Apparatus mouthpiece and tubes in a solution of bichloride of mercury or Lysol. Man rinses disinfected tubes with water before installing them back to the apparatus.
