The Einsatzgruppen Case in Nuremberg, Germany. General Telford Taylor in a courtroom. A member of the prosecution reads in part the description of the mass murders committed by the Einsatzgruppen. He also describes how the displaced persons, or DPs, were put into a van and gassed to death. One Einsatzgruppen detachment while making a report states that 121, 817 Jews were killed and that at one place they arrested all Jews over 16 and with an exception of the doctors and the elders all of them were executed. The leader of Einsatzgruppen reports that 15,000 Jews were executed in Schrewindt.

NASA B-52 (NB-52A, 52-003) landing at Edwards Air Force Base, California, following an unsuccessful X-15 launch mission. (The liquid oxygen tank pressure fluxuated due to a vent leak.) The B-52 makes a routine landing, deploying its drag chute on the ground roll.

XLR-99 exhaust cone. Smoke comes pouring out under the cone. Engine fires flame shoot out of the cone and dies out. As engine runs the flame varies its distance at different thrust. Flame is thrown way out and then dies out. Later the smoke comes rolling from counter frame. A puff of smoke pours out of exhaust cone.

A man stands at a lectern bearing the Presidential seal and announces the news of the John F. Kennedy shooting at the Dallas Trade Mart gathering, saying "The motorcade has been shot." He says "we will tell you as much as we know, as soon as we know anything." Another man comes to the microphone to lead a prayer. All present stand up and pray. People depart after the prayer. (President Kennedy had been scheduled to speak at a luncheon at the Trade Mart at 12:15pm that day. He was en route to the Trade Mart when he was assassinated.)
