Many people are drawing and painting near the bank of a river. A theater backdrop is being painted by artists, depicting a Native American Indian chief in a long white robe in front of a closed hatch. Students entering the mess hall at West Point. He then picks threads lying on a table and shows him a drawing of the threads. They move to a next painting of Chinese people. Dr Philip picks a Chinese script from a table and shows it to George who explains the script. Then he shows a script formed out of animals and signs. Dr Philip then shows a painting of Moses, the prophet of the Old Testament. George is given a copy of the Holy Bible in which page tags are inserted . George reads the census during Moses' era from the Bible which is then kept back on the table. Dr Philip then brings George to a painting of Christ's nativity. Finally they come to a picture of a colonial home and discuss the use of census during colonial reign.

A man drives a horse drawn, powered, pile driver that pounds stakes deep into the ground to support the large tent that is like a circus tent. Native American Indians in costumes perform a War Dance. Cowboys are breaking wild horses and performing in a rodeo. Riders and galloping horses are also seen. Tents are seen in background.
Snow skiing is seen. Participants ski during competition.Crowd is lined on both sides of the skiing path. Trees are seen on both the sides. An ambulance with a cross-sign is seen at the start point.
Soldiers play push ball as a part of army athletic activity. A large ball is rolled by two teams in opposite directions. Referee is riding on a horse.
