NATO Naval maneuvers involving forces from Turkey, Greece, Italy, Great Britain, and Canada, with U.S. Naval and air units, in the Mediterranean area. American Lieutenant General Paul Kendall, Commander of Allied Land Forces Southeastern Europe, and Admiral William Fechteler, USN, Commander in Chief, Allied Forces, Southern Europe, are seen with Turkish and Greek Commanders.
