A large group of retired Air Force officers are seen seated at a number of tables during a luncheon celebrating the 35th anniversary of the 1929 endurance record setting flight of the Fokker C-2A aircraft named "Question Mark." The event is in the Bolling Air Force Base Officers' Club. Closeup of General Carl Spaatz, addressing the group from a podium. Colonel Harry Halverson and aviation mechanic, Sergeant Roy Hooe, who both flew on the Question Mark, are listening, along with Major Sidney J. Kubesch (who,in October 1963, was aircraft commander on the B-58 bomber that set a speed record, flying 8,028 miles from Tokyo to London in 8 hours, 35 minutes and 20.4 seconds). Positions of the President's car when he was shot, are shown. Scene shifts views of the area from a camera panning across the area, including the Texas School Book Depository Building (207 N Houston St, Dallas, TX 75202, United States), from where the assassin fired. The pavilion from where Mr. Zapruder filmed is shown. Cars are seen driving in the so-called Triple Underpass. Dealy Plaza is shown along with the old County Courthouse and the new one under construction.

Other details are identified, including the window from which shots were fired in the Texas School Book Depository Building. Details of distances from various points and timing of shots are narrated. Scene shifts to view from inside a car following the motorcade route. it turns in front of the Texas School Book Depository, where some spectators are watching the activity. Spectators watch on Elm Street,as the car retracing the motorcade route heads toward and through the Triple Underpass. Dallas police officers are seen controlling traffic to facilitate the Secret Service filming. Scene shifts to the Texas Book Depository, where window used by the assassin is pointed out. The camera focuses back as the car follows the original motorcade path.

Kennedy, in Dallas, Texas, in 1963. The diagram shows that the building has two service elevators one facing the east and other facing west. It has two stairways -up and down. The assassin's gun was found in front of the down stairway. Views inside the sixth floor are then shown that reveal, among other things, numerous cartons throughout the area, providing plenty of cover for the shooter.
