As it reaches the area, a fiery explosion occurs and thick black smoke rises rapidly forcing the pilot to climb to avoid it. But he goes IFR as it engulfs the aircraft. Scene shifts to camera aircraft following another A-1E as it begins a strafing run on a target near a river. Another scene shows the camera aircraft descending over a group of buildings and a bridge over a river, and then pulling up into a climb.
