Closeup of a soldier loading an M6 anti-tank rocket into an M1 bazooka mounted under the wing of the aircraft. Pilot get into the aircraft, named "Lucky Pierre." It also has "77" painted on its fuselage, likely reflecting assignment to the 77th Field Artillery Regiment. The airplane takes off and maneuvers, circling overhead. Finally, the pilot fires the bazooka, creating a small explosion on the ground. Afterwards, several members of the unit are seen gathered together near the airplane.

View from inside a moving tram as it traverses a route in the city., first towards the train station and then left past the Gloria passage where you can see bomb-damaged buildings and heaps of debris at sides of the roadway. A large group of people step out from where they had been waiting, and walk beside rubble in a narrow part of one street, to board a waiting street car.

Goering inspects objects of various kinds laid out in boxes. He goes up the steps of a house and visits a working family. As he comes out, he talks to children and picks up a baby. He is surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd of local citizens. Goering gets into an open car, and standing, salutes the crowd, who return his salute. Children try to run after his car, as it pulls away.
