State College Students set up 72ft high bonfire in Corvallis Oregon.

Students of Oregon State Agricultural College (later Oregon State University) pile up stacks of wood and debris scavenged from two 6-room houses to fuel a massive bonfire. Students climb up high on the pile of wood and pose for camera while they build the fire lay. Pile is set ablaze with a torch and is seen as the huge 72 foot bonfire burns.
