Gillars and party are next seen exiting a Base Operations building and they get into a waiting car and are seen next entering a building of the Department of Justice. Next scene is unrelated and shows Judge Carl Hyaty receiving a certificate of appreciation from Secretary Kenneth C Royall. Scene changes to Brazilian General Sosa Molina being greeted by General Albert C Wedemeyer at Union Station. Visitors get into the car. Brazilian staff officers stand in front of building being greeted by General Molina.
