Sailors learn basic methods of attack and counterattack during a navy training program in the United States. Two sailors demonstrate standing defense against kicks from front with leg lift and trip. One of the sailors approaches the other and lifts his leg to attack. The second sailor turns a little, grabs the leg of the attacker with one hand beneath the heel and the other at the knee. He lifts this leg and simultaneously kicks at the other leg of the attacker. The attacker falls down. (World War II period).
