Sailors learn methods of hand to hand combat during a training program of the navy in the United States. Two sailors demonstrate kneeling defense against kicks from side. One of the sailors approaches to kick the other who lies face down. The sailor on the ground raises himself a little, falls against the approaching sailor and causes him to fall down. He uses his body pressure to control the other sailor. Next they demonstrate prone defense against kicks using knee lock. One of the sailors approaches to kick another who lies on the ground. The sailor on the ground counterattacks by kicking him on the shin of leg which causes him to fall.
