Warren Austin states that the Soviet Union has turned the good people of Czechoslovakia into slaves. He says that the system of democracy in Czechoslovakia is threatened, and the freedom of holding and acquiring property has been destroyed. He further states that the Security Council should consider the charges laid upon the Soviet Union which are charges of indirect aggression in Czechoslovakia.
