He urges both political party leaders and citizens to work upon new roles and procedures to ensure that the future elections would be free of such abuse. He states that this is his goal but he wants to make it America's goal.

The President states that when he was inaugurated for the second time he has given each of his members of Cabinet and the Senior White House staff and a special 4 years calendar, with each day being marked to show the days remaining of his administration. On an inscription, he has written that the Presidential term consists of 1,461 days and each day means for strengthening and renewal, to add depth and dimension to American experience. He states that if they strive together and make most of the challenges and opportunities, they can ensure great days and moments in the world's history. He mentions that only 1,361 days of his term are remaining and he wants these to be the best days the United States' history. He believes that America is the hope of the world and it gives hopes to millions of people in world that they can live their lives in peace and freedom.
