The second sailor secures the arms of his attacker with his arms, bends his right leg and locks his left leg behind the leg of the attacker. Then he swings around. This causes both of them to fall. The second sailor climbs on top of the attacker who is now face down on the ground. (World War II period).

Next they demonstrate reverse wrist lock. The attacker advances with his right hand outstretched. The sailor uses his left hand to secure the upper arm of the attacker and bends his wrist with his own right hand. He twists the arm of the attacker. They demonstrate double wrist lock. The attacker tries to grab the knees of the sailor who passes his left arm below the left elbow of the attacker. He grabs the wrist of the attacker with his right arm and bends his arm. Both of them fall down. (World War II period).
